Join LCBR MLS

Ready to join LCBR MLS? Complete the LCBR Membership Application to apply for access.

An application is available for:

• Principal Brokers applying as an MLS Qualifying Broker
• Agents applying for MLS Membership
• Appraisers applying for MLS Membership
• Eligible real estate office employees

Before applying, have your Georgia real estate license information, brokerage information, and contact information available.

Membership Costs & Billing

New LCBR MLS members are responsible for applicable annual membership dues, one-time application fees, and monthly MLS access fees. Annual dues follow the calendar year, January 1 through December 31, and may be prorated based on the date of application.

Monthly MLS access fees are billed directly to the member's Principal or Managing Broker:

• MLS access without a Supra eKEY: $27 per month
• MLS access with an LCBR-issued Supra eKEY: $45 per month
• MLS access with a CoOp Supra eKEY: $27 per month, with no additional CoOp fee

Applicants for LCBR MLS membership pay a $165 application fee in addition to applicable annual dues and monthly MLS access fees.

Qualifying Brokers establishing a new participating office with LCBR MLS also pay a one-time $4,300 New Company Initiation Fee and a $275 New Company Application Fee, in addition to the broker's individual membership dues and fees.
