2026 Membership Renewal

Continue your LCBR Membership and/or MLS Access and renew by December 15th!

Don't let your membership lapse! Complete your renewal by December 15th to avoid incurring a $25 late fee.

We want to thank you for your continued membership with the
Lake Country Board of REALTORS®!

At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of renewing your membership and continue to strive towards making this as easy a process as possible, so your feedback is appreciated. Most importantly, please remember that your annual membership should be renewed by December 15th of each year.

  1. Members will be notified via email of the Renewal options and deadline.
  2. Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive renewal information to share with their agents and will receive updates regarding who has not yet renewed.
  3. RPAC - please make your Fair Share Investment when you renew.

Important Notice: If you choose to pay your renewal in full by debit/credit card, a $10 convenience fee will be applied. Members can avoid (and deduct) the $10 convenience fee by paying in full using a check.

To pay by check, please include either a copy of your invoice or your license number on the check memo and send it to 1041 Village Park Drive, Suite 103, Greensboro, GA 30642. We also accept cash or money orders, provided the exact amount is tendered.

Tax Deduction Information

GAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the state level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, GAR has estimated $10.20 (8.32%) of dues as nondeductible.

NAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the federal level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, NAR has estimated $55.00 (35%) of dues as nondeductible. The $45.00 Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment is fully deductible.
