We want to thank you for your continued membership with the
Lake Country Board of REALTORS®!

At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of renewing your membership and continue to strive towards making this as easy a process as possible so your feedback is appreciated. Most importantly, please remember that your annual membership should be renewed by December 15th of each year.

  1. Members will be notified via email of the Renewal options and deadline.
  2. Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive renewal information to share with their agents and will receive updates regarding who has not yet renewed.
  3. RPAC - please make your Fair Share Investment when you renew.

Important Notice: If you choose to pay your renewal in full by debit/credit card, a $10 convenience fee will be applied. Members can avoid (and deduct) the $10 convenience fee by paying in full using a check.

To pay by check, please include either a copy of your invoice or your license number on the check memo and send it to 1041 Village Park Drive, Suite 103, Greensboro, GA 30642. We also accept cash or money orders, provided the exact amount is tendered.

Required Membership Fees and Tax Information

REALTOR® Tax Deduction Notice: The portion of dues paid that is spent to lobby the State and Federal governments is not deductible for income tax purposes. GAR has estimated that $8.15 (8.32%) is the nondeductible portion of 2025 GAR dues. NAR has estimated the nondeductible portion of its 2025 dues to be $55.00 (or 35%). The entire $45.00 NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment qualifies as deductible dues.
