How to Join LCBR
Joining the Lake Country Board of REALTORS® begins with selecting the membership option that best fits your license, brokerage relationship, and need for MLS access.
- Review the membership options and costs below.
- Complete the online Membership Application.
- Submit the applicable membership dues and fees.
LCBR offers REALTOR® membership, REALTOR® Emeritus membership, Affiliate membership, and MLS access with or without REALTOR® membership.
REALTOR® applicants must complete the required new member training within six months of joining. Review the New Member Information page for training requirements and additional guidance.
Application and Payment Information
Applications may be completed online using the membership option selected below. Applicants may pay by credit card through the application or submit payment by check.

Applications are processed in the order received. Once your application and provisional membership have been processed, you will receive a welcome email containing your account login, membership ID, receipt information, and any applicable new member training instructions.
REALTOR® members will use the active membership ID provided in the welcome email to access eligible member benefits and GAR forms.

Membership Types & Costs
Review the options below to identify the membership that best fits your license, brokerage relationship, and need for MLS access.
Your first-year costs may include:
- Prorated annual membership dues
- One-time application fee
- Monthly MLS access fees (if applicable)
Monthly MLS Access & Supra eKEY® Fees
Membership options that include LCBR MLS access require one of the monthly access options below. Select the option that best fits your business needs when completing the application. Monthly fees are billed directly to the member's Principal or Managing Broker.

| MLS Access with CoOp eKEY | $27 per month | Includes Paragon MLS access using an existing Supra eKEY issued by another association or MLS. There is no additional CoOp fee. |
Monthly MLS access fees are separate from annual membership dues and application fees. Fees are subject to change.

All applicants, except Affiliate Membership applicants, pay a one-time $165 application fee in addition to the annual membership dues shown below.
Qualifying Brokers establishing a new participating office with LCBR MLS are also responsible for a one-time $4,300 Company Initiation Fee and a $275 New Company Application Fee.

Qualifying Broker or REALTOR® Membership with LCBR MLS Access

Available to Qualifying Brokers establishing or participating in an LCBR MLS office and to licensed real estate professionals whose broker already participates in LCBR MLS.
New participating offices require a one-time $4,300 Company Initiation Fee and a $275 New Company Application Fee.
REALTOR® membership includes membership with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
