This hands-on workshop taught by Nakia Brooks is designed to help real estate professionals use today’s technology to strengthen their marketing presence, expand their reach, and create more opportunities for real estate business.

Throughout the course, students will explore practical ways to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technology tools to attract and engage buyers, sellers, investors, and their sphere of influence. Rather than simply discussing technology, students will put it to work during class.

 

Students should bring a laptop and be prepared to participate. Through guided, hands-on exercises, students will use AI and technology to develop marketing content and materials that can be used immediately in their real estate business. Activities may include creating social media content, marketing messages, property-related materials, follow-up communications, and other consumer-facing resources.

 

The focus of this course is practical application. By the end of the workshop, students will leave with a better understanding of how to incorporate AI into their everyday real estate marketing—and with actual marketing materials ready to post, share, or distribute to their sphere of influence.
