About Event
This is a spanish speaking course. This course prepares real estate licensees to navigate the critical stage of the real estate transaction when offers are presented and negotiated. Participants will examine the responsibilities of licensees when preparing buyers to submit offers and when advising sellers on evaluating and responding to offers.
The course reviews negotiation strategies, communication practices, and ethical obligations during the offer process. Emphasis is placed on compliance with Georgia License Law, proper representation under Georgia’s Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (BRETTA), and professional conduct required by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Participants will also explore common negotiation scenarios including multiple offers, counteroffers, escalation strategies, and managing client expectations. Real-world transaction examples will be used to illustrate how licensees can guide clients through the offer process while maintaining transparency, compliance, and consumer protection.
