About Event

The ACBR Community Service Committee will be partnering with For The Hope Partnership for a morning of service. We look forward to having the first 12 members of the committee and/or the BOD to join us. If you have any questions, please reach out to Maddie at maddie@atlcbr.com.

 

From For The Hope - 

 

We are super excited that you are joining us this weekend and can’t wait to share our location with your group as we serve our friends.  The address for our site is 330 Edgewood Avenue in the parking lot of the Palm Beach and Lounge Restaurant.

 

10 -12 volunteers are ideal, and Arrival time is approximately 7:20 -7:30 am

 

We will break up into teams: Drink Station, Serving Table, Grill, and Grits.  For the time being, our friends will be outside the fence while we set up, but the drink station team will be serving coffee, juice and passing out water on the line, so it is NOT chaotic inside the fence.  Once they get their food, they are welcome to sit at the tables we will set up (as in the past), but we want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy sitting down.

 

If your team feels comfortable, our friends love fellowship and interaction, so please feel free to talk with them about daily events, sports, and world happenings as they are pretty well versed in what’s going on.

 

PARKING: we will be parking at the new location all the way in the back lot at 330 Edgewood Avenue.  PLEASE arrive between 7:20 and 7:30 so we can get you in the lot before the truck and trailer show up.  If you arrive AFTER 7:30, or if you need to leave prior to the finish of breakfast, you will need to find parking on the street.  Thanks for understanding
