Atlanta Continues Comprehensive Development Plan Update

Throughout 2024, the City of Atlanta has continued to offer its residents multiple opportunities to provide their input on the City’s Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). The CDP update process considers changes in growth patterns so the vision for the future of an area is consistent with the area’s needs. And, it provides an excellent opportunity for all Atlanta residents to participate in determining the City’s future development.
Starting next month and running through early 2025, the City will roll out its draft of the updated plan to the community for final review.
All REALTORS® are strongly encouraged to participate in this process. Your expertise and knowledge of our local communities, and neighborhoods will go a long way to ensure Atlanta continues to grow and prosper well into the future.
