Ashley Culberson is a real estate attorney with Campbell & Brannon. She enjoys playing a role in helping families achieve their home ownership dream. Ashley began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Covington, Georgia. Ashley continued her career in public service with Fulton County as an Assistant District Attorney and for Attorney General Sam Olens in the State of Georgia Public Safety Division of the Attorney General’s Office. Adding practical real estate experience to her litigation experience, Ashley also worked at Old Republic Title Company, acting as a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges before joining Campbell & Brannon.

Ashley is originally from Toccoa, Georgia and is married to her college sweetheart, Blake. Together, they have three young daughters and a King Charles Cavalier. While most of her time outside of work is dedicated to her children’s activities, Ashley enjoys playing tennis and wakeboarding. On Saturdays in the fall, she enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
